CNC laser cutting, folding, punching and MIG/TIG welding — cutting, forming and assembly delivered fully in-house for complete quality control.
CNC Machining
Independent CNC machining capacity for precision components — supporting prototypes, bespoke one-offs and repeat production in steel, stainless and aluminium.
Prototyping & Production
Rapid prototyping and single bespoke parts through to high-volume manufacture, with CAD support (DXF, DWG, STEP) and quotations typically within one working day.

Precision Sheet Metal
Precision sheet metal fabrication and laser cutting, established 1976 — nearly fifty years of continuous operation. CNC laser cutting up to 25mm, 3-metre CNC folding, CNC punching and certified MIG/TIG welding, with stainless steel a core specialism.
Design, Fabrication & CNC Machining
Design-led fabrication with an independent CNC machine shop. Projects range from stainless steel staircases for medical facilities and decorative structures for commercial buildings to racing car chassis and theatrical set construction.
